What is the minimum order quantity per product?

To qualify for our great wholesale pricing, the minimum order quantity
is typically 1 case. Quantities per case can be found next to each
product in our catalog. If you have specific needs, feel free to
contact our excellent sales team, they’ll be glad to assist you.

Once we hit the minimum order quantity, is there anything else we should know?

Wholesale pricing is calculated by case, so your order should
always be rounded to the nearest case quantity. If you have specific
needs, our sales team is available to help.

Do we have to buy all of your products?

Absolutely not! While we’d love to supply all your needs, you can
choose the SKUs that your customers require, and we’ll be happy
to partner with you.

After placing an order, how long will it take to arrive at my shop/warehouse?

Lead times will be discussed and determined upon ordering,
as they may vary depending on factors such as the SKUs ordered,
quantities, and available inventory.

What is the shipping process? Do you use your shipping method, or can we use ours?

We’re flexible. You can choose whichever shipping method works
best for you. Please let us know upon ordering, and we’ll tailor the
price and process accordingly.

If we choose our own shipping method, where would our trucker pick up the order?

We have warehouse locations on the East and West Coasts where we
store our inventory. Exact locations and product availability will be
discussed upon ordering.

What are your payment terms?

Our payment terms are straightforward: a 45% deposit is required
when placing the order, with the remaining 55% due once the item
is ready to be shipped.

Can we cancel or modify an order once it is placed?

Orders can be canceled or modified up until the initial deposit is paid
or the purchase order (PO) is signed. After that, cancellations are not
possible. For modifications, please contact our sales team, they’ll do
their best to accommodate your request, though it’s not guaranteed.

Which forms of payment are accepted?

We prefer T/T or ACH payments, but also accept Zelle, credit cards,
and checks. Full payment instructions will be provided when due.

What if something is damaged upon arrival?

Every unit we sell is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse,
so this should not happen. However, if you experience any issues,
please contact our sales department — they’ll be happy to assist you.

How can we ensure our customers are happy with their purchase?

All the products we offer are high-quality, trusted brands with a strong
history of customer satisfaction. Additionally, they are backed by
manufacturers’ warranties. Encourage your customers to register
their products in the warranty programs — they’re free and easy.

I'm a marketplace seller, (Amazon/Ebay/Newegg/Sears/Jet/Walmart/Alibaba/Etc.)

We do not allow to sell our products on any marketplace as new. This is legally enforced by our branding attorneys.
